On April 15, 2026 WPS will be launching a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution, using Email One-Time Password (OTP) verification to provide you with an additional layer of security. Please make sure the email you have on file is correct ahead of this change, you can do this by clicking on your name in the top right corner, and then edit profile. If you experience any login issues, please contact TRICARE Overseas Customer Service for technical assistance.
Note: For Government users only, the TOP Government Portal will launch MFA on April 30th.
