In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, International SOS will be extending certain existing outpatient authorizations that have expired or will be expiring between March 1, 2020–June 30, 2020 for an additional 180 days from their original expiration date. Authorizations will be extended automatically, and there is no action needed from TOP Beneficiaries or TOP Providers at this time. Please contact International SOS if you have further questions or need assistance. *Note: This extension does not apply to authorizations for inpatient care or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
