If you work with a program that allows paper claims or invoices, please note that you could experience a delay in payment as this situation evolves. We encourage providers to sign up for electronic claims submissions and electronic payments to minimize any delays in processing or payment.

*** New User-Friendly Dashboard ***

Providers will notice a new and enhanced Secure Claims Portal Dashboard. The dashboard includes a quick view of pended, in-process, and processed claims (searchable by various time periods), as well as easy access to notifications, alerts, and secure messages. International SOS will be updating the educational QUICK START GUIDES. In the meantime, providers may contact their TOP Regional Call Center and press Option #5 for assistance.
